Answer: Services are invisible and intangible but can be experienced.

Answer: Production is the process of creating goods and services to satisfy human wants.

Answer: The goods and services got from the production process is known as products.

Answer:
• Land
• Labour

• Organization

6. What all-natural resources are included in the land as a factor of production?
Answer: Soil, water, forests, oceans, mountains, wild animals, gas, minerals, metals..... etc

7. Which are the natural resources include in the land as a factor of production?
Answer: All natural resources found on the surface and the interior of the earth and in the atmosphere come under this factor.

8. Can we increase the area of land in accordance with our requirements?
Answer: No, the total availability of land is fixed.

9. Can we enhance the fertility of land? If so, how?
Answer: The fertility of the land can be increased through proper irrigation and fertilization.

10. What is the reward for the production factor of land?
Answer: Rent

11. Which is the most active factor in the production of a product?
Answer: Labour

Answer: Any work done for payment physical or mental ts labour.

Answer:

• Capital helps the other factors of production.

Answer: Organisation is the process of production organised by the components of production land, labour, and capital.

products, finding new markets finding new ways of marketing are part of the job of the organizer.

Answer: The organizer ensures the land, workers, raw materials, machinery for production.

differ from each other?
Answer: Goods are things that can be used to satisfy human wants and can be visible and tangible. Services are invisible and intangible but can be experienced.

24. The responsibility of an organizer is to coordinate the other factors of

Answer: Production is done by the organizer by combining the factors of production of land, labour, capital, in the right proportions. The organizer must have the ability to combine production components in a scientific way and apply innovative ideas and methods. The organizer must be a good manager and a good planner.

Answer:
* Labour
Labour is an active factor in the production process. The labours use their manpower in the production process. Any work done for payment physical or mental is labour. Wages are the reward for labour.
* Capital
Capital is essential for the production of products and for providing the basic Warne for the same. It is necessary for the establishment of a factory, by equipment, paying wages to labourers, buying raw materials for production and the like. Tangible and visible man-made things) used for the production process is called capital.

26. Explain the circular flow of economic activities with the help of a diagram.
Answer:
• The household unit supplies the land labour capital and organization to the production units
• The household unit is given rent, wages, interest, profit, etc reward by the
production unit
•  The production unit supplies goods and services to the household unit
•  In exchange for the goods and services received, the household unit pays price to the production unit.
